In order to drive students on field trips, sports events, or any other school-related activities, the office needs a number of forms completed:

- The Adult Driver Information and Authorization Form – This form needs to be updated each year with a current copy of your car insurance showing a minimum $2,000,000 third-party liability and a current driver’s license.
- Criminal Record Check – Scroll down the page and use access code : 2LVNJQBY97. When validated the office will receive a copy that will be valid for five years.
- Driver’s Abstract – Apply online, and click the box labelled ‘personal driving record’. This needs to be updated at the same time you renew your car insurance.
Once the office has confirmed that they have received these forms it will then be possible to drive students.
